1 General Terms & Conditions

1xmobi (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online sports betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions govern the use of 1xmobi's website 1xmobi.ws And applies to all services associated with it.

By using any 1xmobi service, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• Online betting is legal in the country or region where you reside.
• You are opening the account personally and on your own behalf, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You have read and understood these terms and conditions in full.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To use 1xmobi's services, you must first create an account. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may only open One Account Only per account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Once registration is complete, a verification process may need to be carried out.
• As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport.

Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password strictly confidential. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. 1xmobi will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to the use of Sports Betting and other gaming services on 1xmobi. All bettors are required to comply with these rules.

Betting Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 1xmobi grants approval in exceptional circumstances.
• 1xmobi reserves the right to void any bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Bets must be placed before the match or event begins; specific time limits apply for live betting.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed separately for each market.

Result Settlement

• Betting results will be settled based on the official outcome of the match or event.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision made by 1xmobi shall be considered final.

4 Payments & Withdrawals

1xmobi supports widely used payment methods in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• The source of funds deposited must belong to the account holder.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and such transactions may be flagged as suspicious.

Withdrawal

• Withdrawal requests may take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours to process.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting the required wagering conditions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1xmobi offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions below.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe after a bonus is claimed, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Attempting to use the same promotion more than once may result in account suspension.
• Bonus offers are for personal use only and may not be shared with others.

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once per account.
• The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is generally 30 to 40 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is still active will result in the bonus being cancelled.

6 Responsible Gaming

1xmobi believes betting should be a form of entertainment. We encourage all our members to play responsibly and never bet more than they can afford to lose.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can pause your account for a set period whenever you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: You may exclude yourself from the platform either permanently or for a set period.
• Reality Check: You can view your session statistics at regular intervals.

7 Security & Fraud Prevention

Maintaining the integrity of the 1xmobi platform is one of our highest priorities. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Arbitrage betting or abuse of promotions.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

If any such activity is detected, the account in question will be immediately closed and all balances may be confiscated.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

1xmobi may suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Being identified as an underage user.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).

You can also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance.

9 Limitation of Liability

1xmobi is not responsible for the following:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Faults or failures in third-party software or services.
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions).

1xmobi always strives to maintain maximum uptime; however, no compensation will be provided for temporary service interruptions, regardless of the cause.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

1xmobi may change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via your registered email or through the platform.
